So I recently decided to get around to defragging my current HDD for the first time, and to my shock, found that a whopping gigs of fragmented files are on my computer. Now if we take that as an average, and assume a percentage goes up every 9ish hours, I'm looking at nearly hours for the thing to finish, so obviously I cancelled it, not wanting to leave the comp on and idle for such a ridiculous amount of time.

Now I'm left wondering what to do. I'd really like to get the drive cleared up and having to leave the computer on and idle for well over a month seems like a REALLY silly idea. RolandJS Reputable. Defraggler didn't do very well in my free defragger tests. It's not as fast as Auslogics Disk Defrag or SmartDefrag and it's the hardest to use of the 5 free defraggers. However that said it does have the upside of being made by one of the most trusted vendors of freeware so if you have CCleaner and Recuva already installed you might want to go with Defraggler as well.

The downside is the fact it is lacking and basically an average overall defragger. It's not one of the best weekly or even daily defraggers. Overall Defraggler is made by company you can trust and times that's enough for a lot of people. Stopped responding. Pros: Easy Install Cons: Didn't work for me Pros: does a good jab at what its ment to do!!! Cons: non!!!
